Boiler Type: To get a boiler grant, your boiler must be non-condensing.
Ownership of the property: Boiler grants are only to individuals who own a home.
The energy efficiency of the property: Your home must have a low rating in terms of its energy efficiency to qualify for a central heating installation grant. That would be an E, F, or G-rated EPC.
